Course
The races will start and finish at the west assembly area and will consist of multiple loops of 20 miles. Each loop will have a couple of miles of forest road with the remainder being trails, some being smooth and flat, some a little more rugged, and some considerably more challenging.
The course will be well marked with orange flags and reflective tape on metal stakes. View a MN DNR map of the area.
Aid Stations
There will be four aid stations plus the start/finish area. These will be a fully stocked aid stations with all the usual aid station food and supplies. Runners will visit aid stations a total of 24 times.

Aid stations #1 and #4 are the same location, are the only place that will accept drop bags, and is crew accessible.
Drop Bags
Runners can have a drop bag for aid station 1 / 4 only Drop bags should be labeled with your name and race number. We will accept drop bags up to 15 minutes before the start of the race
Pacers
Pacers will be allowed anytime after 7:00 PM. Only one pacer at a time please
Crews
Crew access to the aid stations is discouraged due to narrow forest roads and limited parking. Crews are encouraged to meet their runner at the start/finish, but it will be possible to meet them at aid station 1 / 4. There is no motor vehicle access to aid stations 2 and 3
